Digital delivery and product access.

This policy explains how Emir Uysal Shop handles digital products, ZIP delivery, necessary updates, refunds, and support.

Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on this site are digital goods. After a successful payment, the buyer receives secure ZIP download links on the checkout success page and by email. Download links are generated only for completed Stripe orders and may expire for security.

Product Access

Each ZIP file is stored privately and is made available through a temporary secure link. Buyers should download and back up their files after purchase. If an email does not arrive, the buyer can contact support with the Stripe session or payment email.

Updates

If a product needs corrections, replacement files, or necessary updates, the site administrator will upload and attach the updated ZIP through the admin panel. Updated access can be resent to affected buyers when needed.

Refunds

Because digital files are delivered immediately after payment, all sales are generally final once download access has been issued. Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate purchases, failed delivery, or clear technical problems with the delivered ZIP.

License

Product pages state the included license terms for each item. Unless a product page says otherwise, buyers may use purchased assets for commercial design work, but may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or share the original files as a standalone product.

Support

For delivery problems, missing emails, or file issues, contact info@xaralab.com with the purchase email and product name. Support will verify the order and resend access when appropriate.
